John Fish Jewelers has a lot of history for me. My father bought my mother’s wedding ring from them in 1966. This ring is so so special, particularly because both my parents have passed away. I still have the original receipt given to me, which is quite unique. The ring had a Florentine finish, all faded now since 60 years has passed. I was happy to see Fish Jewelers still in business and that the family is still a part of its high-quality tradition. Steve, John, and Pedro took care of my wish to refinish the ring with its original Florentine finish. Wow! Absolutely beautifully done by PEDRO! Absolutely perfect. *Exactly* how I remembered it from my childhood. Thank you so much for your fine service, both with meeting my expectations and for such kind service all around, Javier too. So thankful. I highly recommend them. They are the masters.

I found this store after looking at other jewelry stores. I didn’t like how the big box stores saw an opportunity to make a sale immediately when I was just looking around. Upon my first visit, I met John and inquired with what I wanted in a ring. He took note of it. He placed an order for a radiant cut lab diamond in 3 carats for me to check out. He mentioned that if I didn’t like it, he can look at others for me. I was later notified a week and a half after to let me know that it came in. I was able to look at it with his brother, Steven. He was great with answering questions regarding diamond clarity, insurance providers for jewelry, and taking a down payment prior to finalizing the ring. They do have GIA gemologist in store for identification, grading, and evaluating diamonds and colored gemstones. With John, I showed him pictures of what I was looking for examples. He helped me and clarified what I wanted through text message. He provided his input with variety of options that he can do. The overall experience with creating a custom engagement ring was smooth and I felt like family. Steven and John answered all the questions I had prior to finalizing the ring. I was notified that the ring was completed by phone. Overall process took 3 weeks from start to finish! Thank you.

My fiancé and I eloped in Las Vegas and didn’t have time to get my wedding band/enhancer sized before leaving. We were hoping to find a jeweler who could help before we headed back to Missouri the next day, and we are SO grateful we found Pedro! He was incredibly helpful, patient, and truly went above and beyond. Pedro and another employee even stayed well past closing time to make sure my ring was perfect! They didn’t stop until we were 100% satisfied. Pedro’s work is beautiful, and his kindness made the whole experience unforgettable. He genuinely made my dream ring come true. Highly recommend! 💍✨
