I tried to install a new wireless router myself, after six hours of unsuccessful frustration, I called Pete for help. He showed up the next day and after an hour had the new wireless network up and running. Most impressive. Pete was professional, friendly and most of all competent! I highly recommend him to anyone who needs computer assistance and support.
