The worst customer service that we have ever received. Technician was sent out to diagnose 2 problems with 2 individual appliances. Was told one needed a new temp probe and the other needed a control board. Two months later, I followed up with a call at which time I was notified that they were still waiting on one of the parts for one of the appliances. My question was, why wasn't I at the very least notified of this and not just left to wonder what was going on? Reply was as usual, "sorry for not following up with you. I asked "couldn't you at least send the tech to fix one of the appliances as long as you have the part?" Reply was "sure lets get him scheduled." On the day of the scheduled time....which was between 10-12, I took off of work the morning for the scheduled time frame. 12 o'clock came and went. 12:30 came and went. 1pm in the afternoon I received a call after leaving 2 messages at the office for someone to call me. Was told that the tech was running behind schedule and would be there shortly. I asked why wouldn't someone call to let me know? Response was again an apology. I called work and let them know, I needed more time off. 2:30pm comes around and the tech finally arrives. He takes apart one of the appliances just to realize that he has the wrong part. Puts everything back together and leaves, saying we'll have to reschedule. You can imagine my frustration. 2nd attempt to get one of the appliances fixed goes exactly the same way.... On the day of the scheduled appointment, which again was between 10-12, I took the morning off to be here. 12 o'clock comes around and again no tech, no call. I called their office twice and left 2 messages. 12:30 comes around and was told again as previously that the technician is running behind and that he will be there shortly. Needless to say my frustration was at my limit....I let them know how I felt..."your company is the most unprofessional, inconsiderate that I had the misfortune of ever working with. You have absolutely no consideration of other people's time nor schedule." I would never recommend this inconsiderate company to anyone.
