Had a very sranked and positive experience. Up to this point, we have been taking our car to the dealership given it was under warranty. But now that is no longer the case, and we needed brake repairs and fluid changes, we brought it to Jerry’s. Shane in particular was extremely helpful (even driving me back from shop to home) and was clear on everything that needed to be done as well as pricing. They did a fantastic job and it was a no hassle experience. We’ll be using them going forward and highly recommend.

I just had a phenomenal experience at Jerry’s Automotive Service in Waukesha/Pewaukee. I thought the cable release for my hood had broken so I stopped in to make an appointment. I had the pleasure of working with Dave. After setting up an appointment Dave said “ let’s take a look and see what we’re dealing with”. He played around a little bit with it, went inside and got some spray lubricant and in less than 5 minutes he had found and fixed the problem and sent me on my way. He did this and asked nothing from me. I had heard good things about Jerry’s but my vehicles generally are under factory warranty, which they unfortunately can’t work on. Now I know why so many friends take their vehicles there. If you’re driving a car out of factory warranty and looking for a place with great service who does business the old fashioned way - honesty and integrity - this is the place to go. I’m glad I did.
