A great experience from start to finish. It was easy to schedule a call. They actually came when they said they would. Our unit was installed the same week that we had a problem. All of their people were so nice and went out of their way to be helpful. It is refreshing to deal with truly kind and professional people.
We had an issue with our unit. I called and they were able to come out the same day. Carter checked out our unit and recommended what we needed. He was able to fix it the same day and get us on track for regular maintenance. Excellent service! We will be using them for all future HVAC needs and recommending them to others.
Jesse was technically outstanding and explained every stage during our HVAC installation. (2 systems) Jesse and his team; their quality of work was excellent. Carter was also very very good. Cale joined them on day 2 of the installation and was quickly engaged and focused to exceed expectations. Patrick is great technical sales & project manager. Overall, the experience from quote to installation exceeded my expectation. Which is why I have been using Performance Heating and Cooling 10 years. Riley and Jonathan were great! Super professional and punctual. They were thorough and explained what they were doing the whole time. I had issues with my dryer ventilation and they fixed the problem right away. HIGHLY recommend this company and will use them for any future needs. It was my birthday and the best gift was having a working dryer again!
