Austin came and did our twice a year tune up today. He was very thorough of checking how our conditioner and making sure to explain everything to us after he was done. We recommend Aire serv to everyone when they mention having heating/air conditioning issues.
Had our twice a year tune up today with tech Austin W. He was very pleasant to work with and explained everything in detail. He recommended some additional maintenance for the overall health of the unit. He was very thorough in describing what would be done, and the costs associated with each. We moved forward with one of the recommendations, and he got that work done for us as well. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and as always, it was a pleasant experience with Aire Serv. Always highly recommend!
It was a great experience with the cordial service technician who performed a routine maintenance check up of the heating and air conditioning unit, as part of our maintenance plan purchased. The competent technician found a serious electrical problem we were not aware of and gave us options for repair. We had to call him back to reconnect a wire to receive heat, free of charge. The reason we didn't give 5 ⭐stars. But overall it was an excellent experience.
