They are a very professional business! I set up an appointment with them and the technician showed up early. He was nice and informative. He was prompt and did a great job. I will call them if i ever need work done.
I can’t say enough great things about Dustin, at Cagle Service. We are literally hours before the worst snow/ice storm prediction. I just called a couple of hours ago, and was able to get him to come service my fireplace, as well as the one at my rental house. He was professional, knowledgeable, extremely courteous, and did a great job! Both households have a greater sense of peace tonight! Call him when you have any Service Needs. They will do their best to take care of ya!

I had a water leak at my water meter, so I decided to give Cagle service a try. I gave them a call and the lady at the office was very nice and explained everything that I needed to know. They were booked on the day that I called, but had an opening the next day. Ethan was my tech and he arrived earlier than I had expected, which was great. When he got here, he was very professional and explained what he needed to do to fix the problem. He fixed the problem in a very timely manner and checked his work before he got ready to leave. I am very pleased with Ethan and the work he did and the cost was very reasonable. Thank you. Would definitely recommend.
