Bartholomew installed a new HVAC at my house. I thought I kept hearing something drip, so about a year later, I called them out. They had forgotten to install a cover on the drain on the inside, and it had been leaking for a year inside the closet. My pets and I had all began having breathing issues, and a couple months later, I was hospitalized at Jackson General for two weeks on oxygen. They sent someone out, and felt the wet carpet, and said it was dirty. I continued to have breathing treatments. My cat, Mittens, had to go to the vet continuously for 11 months. She passed away at the emergency vet in Nashville on 8-8-2025. My dogs fared better, although they were under treatment for months. Bartholomew says they did nothing, but they kept me sick and unable to work for months, and they killed my cat. Be very weary when hiring them. Included are pictures of the dirt.
