Eric is remarkable! He programmed two 2011 Chevy Traverse remotes for me, which I bought from Amazon, in just a few minutes. The dealer told me I was out of luck, since they don't do it for vehicles over 10 years old. Well, Eric did it! He is first class, all the way. Don't go anywhere else for your repair or remote programming needs!
