So I had slab leak I had to decide fix the leak or run a new line, Giovanni sent a tech out Saturday morning. Rafael showed up we decided on a new line. Rafael, Elmer and his crew started Tuesday morning did an awesome job, especially putting the grass back. My wife love that yard she was happy. Shout out to my boy Gareth I appreciate you. I had a great experience with Nathan and Calvin from Payless 4 Plumbing. They were able to resolve my plumbing issue and were professional from start to finish. They took the time to explain exactly what was happening, used camera technology to diagnose the problem and even went into my crawl space to reach the problem. It’s hard to find plumbers who are both highly skilled and genuinely careful with your home. I highly recommend this team!
Hey Steve Kizer Plumbing... its been exactly one year this month when you rescued us from no hot water on Christmas day. We wanted to share that we're so happy we decided to change from the original hot water tank style to a tankless style water heater. It's different, but we've not run out of hot water, not once in a year. Thank you for educating us and moving us into the plumbing future. We highly recommend the tankless.
Spoke to the owner, Alex, on Thursday & my whole rough in plumbing was done by Monday. He was referred to me by a contractor I know. He sent two guys (Marcus & Mikey) who were so nice & professional. They explained every aspect of the job & measured many times and confirmed things BEFORE drilling holes or setting things in place. They spoke to me & my wife to make sure everyone was on the same page. Payless 4 Plumbing also came on a Saturday to get the job done & make sure it fit around our schedule. Alex also sent other guys to get the job done. What mattered most was getting the job done right. Alex & Payless 4 plumbing take pride in the work as I take pride in my home. I appreciate the professionalism & the attention to detail. At first the price seemed high, but after I saw the level of detail & how meticulous the job was, I felt I got tremendous value. I would recommend them to my mom. They are called Payless because when the job is done right, you end up paying less 100%… Overall, solid plumbers & you will feel comfortable when choosing them.
