Juan Gutierrez was amazing. Did great work and was very informative throughout process. Was careful to respect our home with keeping shoes covered and work area clean. Very chill and easy to talk to as well.

The young service man Bryan Gonzalez was on time. Very polite and respectful. Went above and beyond to make sure that my father's concerns were met. Even called his supervisor Joseph out, who was equally professional and polite. Thank you for your efforts to make my Dad feel better about his unit servicing.

I trust Service Champions and have been using them for about 5 years. They have installed a water purifier and new water heater. This time was installation of new heat pump, furnace and coils as well as changing from gas to electricity. Paolo Cisneros was in charge of 3 other installers. He was polite, professional and answered all questions as he kept me updated. It took 11 hours the first day and 6 hours the second day. But they worked tirelessly. Max Castro was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all of my questions and was very patient and informative. And, so far, he is the only one who was able to find the HVAC drain exit outside. He is truly a credit to your organization
