This service is horrible...Hugo had to come back to my property 3 times because of the new valves he installed in my backyard kept leaking (absolutely spraying water out all night long)...my leaks ran for a combined 20 + hours because Hugo cuts his phone off at nights and doesn't cut it back on the mornings. It appears that he is using undocumented workers..not for sure ....no one spoke english....communication with anyone but Hugo is zero. I also caught his worker pissing in my brushes....I had to get most of the work Hugo and his guys did REDONE......Horrible service, I was a fool in hiring him. He cost me a lot of money having to redo his work below ground.....Absolute joke

Just had a bad experience overall. Initial phone contact went great. Told him about the clean up job I'd like done to my backyard after I made an appointment on their website for a Tuesday. Wanted to come to my house to see what needed to be done so we set up he would arrive at my house on Saturday between 4 and 5pm. No one ever showed up. I figured, maybe he got busy and couldn't make, fine. I'd see him on Tuesday. Tuesday comes and no one arrives. Not even a call. So I called a few minutes after the appointment time, rings, rings and voice-mail is full. I called 6 times (1.5 hours after the time i requested) before I got Hugo and he was at another site. Anyways...... I had requested a time for 11am and he finally came to my house around 4pm to look at my house and give me an estimate. Before he left he said he would message me that night to set up a date and time to do the work. Its been a week since he came and still haven't heard from him. Maybe it was an off week for him, so I can only speak from my experience of online and phone interaction. He may do amazing yard work but I can't review that because he never returned
