Uhaul sent us here to pick up a truck. Arrived and spoke to an older male who was rude and just useless. Didn’t offer to provide no help or phone number just shut us down at the door saying he’s not gonna do uhaul cuz the main lady is not here. We asked if there was anyone we can speak to and he just became more rude. We called the general number for uhaul and fingered it out ourselves. Don’t come here for uhaul or anything. Oh yea and while we were on the phone with uhaul another gentleman came to drop off a uhaul and was met with welcome hands and taken care of great.

When to drop off my haul off I rented for a one way trip from L.A to San bernadino dropped it off in the day with a lady everything was good. 3 days later I get a attempted charge for $18. 2 days pass I get another for $42.85, and then another for $37.53. I call and they are rude, aggressive, angry, then they say they dont speak English all of a sudden. Good thing I locked my atm... be cautious out there.scam scam scam scam scam scam.
