I rarely leave reviews, but I need to share the exceptional service from the team at Hartford’s Kitchen Factory. We were in closing process on our new home and needed to renovate the kitchen. We stopped by on Sunday, an hour to close, to look around. Ben greeted us, we gave him our kitchen measurements, he listened to our renovation plans, he sketched out 2 different design ideas and gave us a price range idea, all with no pressure, just helpfulness. After closing, we went back and Ben worked with us sketching our kitchen, offering great ideas. He even came out the very next day to re-measure to ensure perfect fit. When we made last minute changes (they were few last minute changes), he was unfazed and happy to help. The cabinets arrived earlier than promised. Since I chose the DIY installation route, I had plenty of questions, yet Ben was always available via phone or text to guide me through. He went above and beyond when I broke a drawer faceplate, getting a new one and covering the cost. For the countertop, I wanted a single, one-piece counter, but it wasn’t possible. Ben suggested a sink split. I was uneasy about the idea due to potential leak issue, but he assured me it wouldn’t be a problem, sharing that he had the same setup in his own home for 8 yrs without issues. He even had his wife send pictures of their kitchen countertop split to ease my mind. Ben constantly went above and beyond, truly dedicated. I highly recommend Hartford’s Kitchen Factory, they deliver professionalism, great service, excellent communication and great quality without the high-pressure tactics.

I highly recommend working with Hartfords kitchen factory. Ben was a very helpful through your the layout process and choosing the best cabinets for my kitchens. I was in between projects so from the start of my kitchen research to the end was about 10 months. Ben was always available for appointments to revise the layouts, cabinet styles, cabinet sizes, overall kitchen functionality several times through out that time. I was able to share new ideas and update the layout as my contractor was making progress in the kitchen. I was very happy with the outcome even making changes last minute before the order was placed. I decided to go with custom color cabinets as well as custom sized cabinets and pantry to maximize the space in our galley kitchen. Overall, Ben at Hartford’s kitchen factory was able to make the biggest part of the project the easiest and the most enjoyable.
