I want to give a special shout out to Fosnel for his awesome diligence, patience, and customer service. Thank you!! In general, I am grateful we went with Patterson for our HVAC replacement. It is a huge investment and I really appreciate how responsive they are and quickly they have been available to help us out during these cold months. I feel like their techs have true care and concern about getting your issues resolved and keeping your home comfortable. Thanks to the full team and Ms. Susan for always being so sweet :)

We are incredibly grateful for the service provided by Andrew from Patterson Heating & Air. We had an issue with our heating system, and he came out this afternoon and resolved it immediately. Andrew was kind, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the wiring situation he found. He had the heat back on in minutes, and our place warmed up almost 10 degrees within the first hour. It was such a relief to have someone so professional and efficient handle the job. Thank you to Andrew and the team for the quick response!

Picked Patterson after reading reviews from ppl that didn’t want to go with the bigger companies. Happy I did. I got Andrew and his apprentice Rae, both great. Showed up same day within a few hours, called 30 min before arrival. Andrew was knowledgeable, honest and pleasant. Diagnosed my problem which was I didn’t have a problem and my expectations were too High for my lil unit lol. I like the fact he showed me everything and let his apprentice get in on everything. First experience was a good one and they will definitely be my first call next time.
