I have lived in Cleveland for a long time and never went to this store till today and it will be my last time as the old man at the register was very rude and they were price gouging really bad, charging double of what everywhere else including retailers in surrounding counties are charging for the same product. No wonder they cant afford to better the eye sore. Surprised they haven't closed but doubt they will last too much longer unless they get better leadership.
The employees are super helpful and they have the best kerosene around. Best price in town
Don't buy kerosene at this place they rip u off laid for 5 gallons and they give 3 in half gallons in a 5 gallon jug told them and they said it was right but but common sense a 5 gallon just half full is not 5 gallons
I went in looking for some plumbing supplies and the staff was knowledgeable and went out of his way to show me how it was supposed to fit, making the experience of actually obtaining the correct size connections for my sink, less daunting. Also, I was able to find electrical equipment and supplies to update my electrical panel; their helpful staff spoke with the electrician, verified that they had the part, gave me a price, and I was able to get it right then! Thank you so much, BEATY HARDWARE, you were amazing!!
Needed to pick some stuff up and was told to go here. Didn't even know these people were here, this little hardware store kinda reminds me of an Ace hardware store surprisingly. They were pretty well stocked, I'll probably be coming back next time I'm in the area.
