Great Customer service on IT issues, concerns, or questions. Very intelligent & helpful SMEs, including ADNS Leadership. Subject matter experts in any area within IT. If they don't know the immediate answer, they research and do not let the issue go unanswered. Kevin Powell has an exceptional attitude and response times. He is a leader and always willing to help. Paul Hedgecock handles tough situations at all levels of Leadership & follows up to ensure customer satisfaction as the General Manager. Highly recommend this IT solutions company to any business requiring simple to complex IT support.
Max is great to work with. He is willing to help out in anyway he can to keep our computers up and running. He is quick to respond anytime we reach out, which seems to be quite often. Internet is still an issue in the practice but he has been working on that.
