I couldn't more highly review ATS! Dan and Greg are quick to respond, patient with even the most basic of questions, and extremely knowledgeable in their field. They are great about providing recommendations without pushing their own agenda or just trying to make money- I feel they genuinely care for the well being of their customers and their business. Both guys are pleasant and professional, while still maintaining a friendly and personal relationship with each employee at our office. We had a less enjoyable situation with our previous IT firm (big company with lots of techs) and were worried that having less techs with ATS might be a problem, but they've proven time and time again to be reliable and responsive. I cannot stress how much working with ATS has improved our work environment- we're in good hands with them! SO highly recommend!!
