Arrived at 11am for a noon PU. Was told I can’t get a dock until my appt time. I check back in at noon, got a dock right away and was loaded in 35-45mins. Plenty of space, friendly folks and fast loading.

Checked in at 7am felt movement in my truck, figured it be a fast loading. So I started my clock, bad decision. Boi was I wrong! Went into the office to find out how long it’ll be. He said MAYBE 1pm he’ll be finished. Mind you, I was the only truck here for hours. It’s now 10:30am he’s not 1/2 way finished! 🤬😡Remember, I checked in at 7am!!! AVOID THIS PLACE, or read the reviews first then plan to do your 10 break getting loaded! 1of 5 stars
