Chris and Jeremy came to service our unit and truly went above and beyond. They helped not only with the unit itself, but also with general warranty questions, and were incredibly kind throughout the whole process

I HIGHLY recommend this company because they were my lifesaver when my furnace went out during one of the coldest day of the year so far. I called at least 7 or 8 companies and no one wanted to help until the next day But when I called Crain Heating the owner Danny said if his technician can get his truck on the road since we also had a lot of snow this past weekend. Within 2 hours Jeremy was there to look at my furnace. I needed a new one so I told Jeremy I would like to get another estimate. Danny was awesome! Diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes, had the warranted part out and installed the next day. All while dealing with the equipment being in a tight space. Had the opportunity to nerd out and talk about ERVs, outdoor air fan control, and replacement thermostat options for nest (since Google thinks it’s a good business model to stop supporting their products within 5 years of deploying them). Very happy with Crain and will continue to use them for all my future needs.
