Crain Heating, Air Conditioning & Home Generators

I HIGHLY recommend this company because they were my lifesaver when my furnace went out during one of the coldest day of the year so far. I called at least 7 or 8 companies and no one wanted to help until the next day But when I called Crain Heating the owner Danny said if his technician can get his truck on the road since we also had a lot of snow this past weekend. Within 2 hours Jeremy was there to look at my furnace. I needed a new one so I told Jeremy I would like to get another estimate. Once he left I thought why would I even want to give any other company a chance when Crain Heating was there when I needed them the most. So called Danny the owner and the next day Jeremy and Chris was there at 9am and I had heat at 1:30 They did a great job and what a wonderful feeling to feel heat again when my house was 44 degrees Monday morning. They did a great job.

Danny was awesome! Diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes, had the warranted part out and installed the next day. All while dealing with the equipment being in a tight space. Had the opportunity to nerd out and talk about ERVs, outdoor air fan control, and replacement thermostat options for nest (since Google thinks it’s a good business model to stop supporting their products within 5 years of deploying them). Very happy with Crain and will continue to use them for all my future needs.
