Let me start by stating I have a pretty strong knowledge of how HVAC systems work and the costs associated with repair... With the being said... I couldn't be happier with my interactions with Mitch Craig's staff. My air conditioner started freezing over in the hot August heat. I had a different company come charge the A/C and it went out again. I wasn't able get the other company to come back in a timely manner and needed a repair option. I was very pleased with all aspects of dealing with Mitch Craig. They were very responsive to all my questions and David gave me a very well explained quote at a very competitive price. I was so pleased to learn they offered quality products made by General Electric. The installers (Clayton and Troy) were very professional and did a very clean and efficient job installing the new equipment and hauling away the old equipment without any issues. They were at my house about 3 hours after I called in the morning. I got the most basic thermostat, a non-programmable $50 thermostat and was charged $335. I have replaced a thermostat before and could have done it. It is a very simple process. 30 minutes if you don't know what you're doing and want to really read and reread the directions to make sure you're doing everything correctly, but for a professional, not even 10 minutes, 5 minutes. The reason I had called a company rather than doing it myself is because it had burnt up inside so I was scared to replace it in case there was a potentially serious electrical issue. We had a great experience with this HVAc team, AJ and Carver, at Aebersold Florist. Replacing units in an older building isn’t easy, but they handled everything with expertise and care. They respected our space, worked around our business hours, and made sure we were comfortable with the new system. First-class service from start to finish!

Mitch Craig heating and cooling did an amazing job installing our new system. Clayton and Adam were the technicians that worked on our install. They did a great job! All the work was clean and neat. They even figured out how to keep our clean effects air filter. The Ecobee thermostat has some amazing features also. I would recommend Mitch Craig to anyone. Thanks Guys
