Even after my issue of getting a Lock Nut to remove my tires, They treated me like a customer. The work was done quickly and correctly. If I need anymore work on any of the vehicles I own, Big O will be my first choice. Also should out to the amazing Gentleman at the door when you walk in. Perfect in every way.

I can’t even articulate how great this location is. I have never been here before, had kind of a weird tire need, AND I accidentally showed up on a Saturday of all days when they were getting ready to close. My daughter and I were helped by Leonardo Paniagua. I expected the Big O employees to be frustrated with me because I arrived without notice when they had to be ready to leave. I’ve been in customer service for years, so I totally understand how annoying walk ins at the end of your shift can be. Leonardo, however, was absolutely welcoming and endlessly helpful. He assisted me with a smile on his face and even had his crew help do some heavy lifting so my daughter and I could get back on the road. Everyone here was amazing and I am so grateful. I’ll be back, for sure. Thank you!!!

Had them swap a tire over to a brand new rim and they scratched it all the way around, of course won’t do anything to fix it… do not recommend and have terrible customer service..

I have been coming here for several years and have always received good service. I thought I needed some work done but the mechanic said I didn't, he just made a minor adjustment. They are quick and efficient. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. I'm very happy with them.
