I called to make an appointment as my ice machine stopped working randomly, I explained I already changed the filter reset the ice maker and made the appointment over the phone. The guy came for not even 4 minutes to pull out the ice storage a tell me it’s broke as I already knew it was broke. To me I think $60 isn’t worth it when he lives 4 minutes away from me an I already knew it was broke. He didn’t attempt to even look into the ice machine to see if there was something small that needed replaced. He didn’t even attempt to reset anything. just tells me that I need a new one.

Patrick with Parc Appliance Repair repaired my gas stove igniter. My Frigidaire Gas Stove was under warranty, I filed a claim but they were not responding to Patrick to get a replacement after waiting over 2 weeks without a stove. Patrick repaired my stove with another igniter and it's back working as it should. I appreciate Patrick on his professionalism and due diligence in going the extra mile to get my stove working even when Frigidaire was not responding. Great job Patrick and I highly recommend Parc Appliances. This was under warranty.
