Came to my house and got my battery changed out quickly for a great price. It was swelling! 😲 That's no bueño! I would highly recommend. Juan was awesome!

I don’t usually like leaving negative reviews, but my experience with Paragon Geeks was unsettling enough that I felt compelled to warn others. When I first brought in my laptop, the owner was polite and professional. The repair itself was done fairly quickly—within 3 to 4 days—which is why I’m giving 3 stars instead of less. However, picking up my laptop was a completely different story. He originally told me he'd be back in 20 minutes. I waited. Then came a text: he needed 35 more minutes. In the end, I stood there waiting for over an hour and ten minutes. When he showed up, he seemed hurrying up for another customer who just came up, and he was letting her in… For me, when I followed them No apology, No sense of appreciation. Just a cold, dismissive attitude. I swallowed up that fact and moved on paying the rest of the payment… there is a major partial payment on the initial first time, perhaps for the parts to be covered. Unusual but whatever they decide, I get it… Still, I stayed calm and asked a basic question: “Is there any warranty on the repair in case something goes wrong?” His serious response: “I’m actually going to block you as soon as we’re done.” I didn’t get it, and definitely did not deserve that tone… I was stunned. I asked him to clarify, and he claimed he was joking—but it didn’t feel like a joke. The vibe was uncomfortable, even hostile, especially considering I had been nothing but patient and respectful. The work may have been decent, but the customer service was shockingly unprofessional. The lack of basic courtesy, paired with that bizarre and threatening comment, was enough to ensure I’ll never return—and I’d advise others to think twice before trusting this business with their devices.
