Phoenix Contents Restoration

This company handled the Eastern Star explosion and fire contents recovery. They did a stellar job of cleaning, packing and labeling the contents of my mother's apartment. The furniture was all very securely wrapped for protection again moving dings, and the boxes were perfectly labeled. She had plants in her room from my father's funeral, which were very dear to her, and Sarah even made a special trip to the building to get them out of the apartment and give them to me so that they could be saved. The delivery women were prompt, careful and efficient. THANK YOU, Phoenix team!!!!!

My mother is one of the many displaced residents at Eastern Star Retirement Community. After a few weeks of uncertainty, we were told that some of the residents property would be “carefully and thoughtfully” packed up and delivered. Our number was called and we anxiously awaited my mother’s property at her new community. I’m not sure where to even begin with this review… The communication with Phoenix was outstanding. Clearly, they were inundated with calls from anxious families. My calls were immediately returned. I was kept up to date on deliveries. Sarah was SO patient with me! The truck arrived and they were not kidding. Every single item was packed with care and labeled. My mother, recently traumatized by the explosion, was so cared for. Brett and his two wonderful associates went through EVERY single box. Never once did we feel rushed. They simply stood by and coordinated what goes where. After we settled my mom into her new apartment I mentioned to Brett that she didn’t have her oxygen concentrator. I told him it wasn’t a big deal, we could grab it the next day. Within an hour he showed up with her concentrator. I learned, at that moment, that he was the owner. I simply can not say enough about this company. In a time of absolute uncertainty, we were gifted Phoenix.
