Denver Computer Repair Service

I was at my wits end with issues I was having with a PC build. Timothy showed up and he was kind and professional and was able to successfully troubleshoot the issue. He also noticed and fixed a network configuration issue between my mesh network and ISP router. Will be the first person/company I contact for tech/computer needs in the future. Totally recommend them!

Timothy Hostetter did a great job helping me choose a new computer system and installing same. He explained everything in layman's terms that I could understand (of course I doubt I'll remember it all!). He also was very helpful explaining the operation of my DVD player. Matthew Stoumbaugh did an excellent job of (1) reactivating my printer and then doing a thorough review of my entire computer. He solved some problems that I was unaware of and was able to explain everything clearly and helpfully. This was all accomplished within less than 24 hours of my original request for service. I have used Karls Technology since I arrived in Colorado six years ago and highly recommend them!
