I was at my wits end with issues I was having with a PC build. Timothy showed up and he was kind and professional and was able to successfully troubleshoot the issue. He also noticed and fixed a network configuration issue between my mesh network and ISP router. Will be the first person/company I contact for tech/computer needs in the future. Totally recommend them!

Matthew Stoumbaugh did an excellent job of (1) reactivating my printer and then doing a thorough review of my entire computer. He solved some problems that I was unaware of and was able to explain everything clearly and helpfully. This was all accomplished within less than 24 hours of my original request for service. I have used Karls Technology since I arrived in Colorado six years ago and highly recommend them!

Timothy Hostetter did a great job helping me choose a new computer system and installing same. He explained everything in layman's terms that I could understand (of course I doubt I'll remember it all!). He also was very helpful explaining the operation of my DVD player. He's very enjoyable to be around. Thanks, Timothy!
