Can't say enough about Chad! We had a suspected hacking incident, which turned out to be a false alarm, fortunately. Chad responded to my panicked phone call and showed up at our home within two hours. He ran all kinds of security programs, offered lots of useful advice and was extremely reassuring. Chad is professional, knowledgeable and polite. He easily tolerated our two big overly-friendly dogs! We will not hesitate to use Chad's services in the future....and you should too!!
I simply cannot recommend Chad enough. I was having major issues with my gaming PC and Chad was prompt, pleasant and professional. He came to pickup and drop off my PC from my home, so it was a seamless customer service experience. I had taken my computer to another shop that could not find the issue, but Chad found it right away. I could not be happier. Thank you, good sir!
Highly recommended. Chad came to my apartment to pick up my laptop for diagnosis. It was pretty much dead. He offers personal shopping for a reasonable fee and found a great replacement same day. Chad also cloned my old laptop into the new one. His prices are very reasonable. I hope I never need to call a laptop repair person again, but if I do it will definitely be Chad at Genius Computer Repair.
Chad was a fantastic guy to work with. Transparent about issues my computer had, offered me great advice, and was incredibly diligent and responsive. Made my four year old laptop that was barely running like new again. A+ Have asked for Chad's assistance with computer issues twice now, and he's the best. Fast turn around, great work, reasonable prices, and able to provide great insight.
Chad is the man! My computer was being really slow and I had already tried everything I knew of. He talked through it with me and made everything really clear and simple. He came by, picked up my computer and had it running at twice the speed the very next day. I’ll be calling him in the future!
