Tried to tell me that Microsoft would not allow them to create a Media Recovery Tool for me so I could reinstall Windows on my own machine. Said they could only help if I paid $139 for them to reinstall Windows for me. Very dishonest, and a bad way to do business.

I’d give Ryan and his business 10 stars if I could. I bought a refurbished laptop, very affordable. It was Dell and different from my former device. Because I’m not computer savvy, I had to return 3 times because I had problems navigating and uploading documents. Ryan never judged me or got impatient. I’m am in my late 50’s. I will not hesitate to return for any computer needs. I have only rated two businesses in my life so it’s obvious I was very impressed. Bless you, Ryan.
