Horrible! This outfit works The Villages, Fl.
Called to fix my washer. Their solution was to replace the drain pump, $250.00 for pump & $100.00 install. Washer still broke so
Mr. Spano said he would pay to replace the washer control board. After several days he said he wasn’t sure that would fix the washer & recommended buying a new washer.
Appears to focus on the senior community, learn from my mistake & warn your neighbors
Do not use this company. They made me pay for a part that they never returned with after multiple attempts of trying to reach them. After paying over $600 to fix a dryer, I still ended up having to buy a new one. If this isn’t bad enough, they came to my office and were screaming at each other. They don’t show up on time either. If I could give them zero stars I would. Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had.
First, I want to say do not use this company. I have never had an experience like this before. My refrigerator was under warranty and they sent this company out to fix my ice maker, which he did not fix and charged the warranty company over $700. While, he was working on my refrigerator he looked at my breaker box and said that it needed to be replaced because there was a wire that had burnt. Came back the next day and ripped out the entire breaker box. The burnt wire was still there. When I asked him about the wire, he said that wasn't important, then why in the world did you rip the entire box out? Because he is a SCAMMER. I still have a broken refrigerator. I have been asking for a detailed invoice for the breaker box, which he will not send. Which he charged me $2000 to replace. He then insisted on being paid in cash. It was not a pleasant experience. I have to blame this on my warranty company. I always vet people that come to work on things in my home.
He came out to fix my refrigerator when no one else would. Everyone was backed up for days and either wouldn’t call me back or had a week wait time. I called 30 minute Repair and he came at 7pm on that same night. He was the only person in Myrtle Beach who would help immediately. I have small kids and desperately needed my refrigerator. The repair required allowing everything to defrost overnight. He came back the next day replaced the part and everything is perfect. I was very happy!
Yesterday I realized my refrigerator had died and Googled "refrigerator repair" and found this company 30 Minute Services. I called and Tony came in less than 30 minutes! He quickly figured out what was wrong and ordered the part. He was kind and gave me some tips on dealing with the current food I had in refrigerator. He quickly installed the new part today. He was very professional and even offered to help me deal with Lowe's where I had only purchased it less than a year ago! What a great company and repairmen!! Five stars isn't enough for such good work!!!
