Shawn and Mack Pest are great compared to Terminex, Orkin, Dodson and the numerous other services we’ve had to use in the past. He thoroughly explains what he’s going to do, or what he already has done, is never rude, never overstepped his bounds. I saw him on the outside of our complex using a long tool to get the spiderwebs and cobwebs down, and never once have I seen another person from your company or any other company do that. He informed me that that was included in our service, which was a surprise to me because no one else has ever bothered to do it. Please always send him to do our service. 😌

Shawn is absolutely amazing! He always takes great care of our community ant Catawba Apartments and goes above and beyond to make sure every unit is treated properly. Today I had the opportunity to meet Landon, who is an employee with Mack’s pest control. Landon was very professional and friendly. He came into my apartment And sprayed every area. I really appreciate his upbeat and respectful manner. Many times it is hit or miss when vendors or different people have to come inside of your home to fulfill a service. My apartment complex paid for the service so I don’t know what the price was but it doesn’t seem like I can post my review without choosing something!
