The whole crew (Alan, Tyler, Jason, Blade, and Zac) were all very personable and professional. Alan and Tyler came in and assessed the problem with our HVAC system. They were able to get us an estimate for both repairs versus replacement very quickly. They came back with the installation crew the next day, which is actually today and now we're sitting in total comfort. Thanks to all of the crew. I would highly recommend this company and we will be using them again.
Brady with Owens has come out to my house twice this week. Once for a new water heater installation on a Monday, to include the correction of the previous owners DIY installation. The following "week", on a Sunday, we identified a separate problem in the bathroom. Brady was the weekend plumber for the company, and quickly called me to ensure that the water heater he installed was working right. I reassured him that the work was sound, it looks great and the supply line issue he got dispatched for was in a bathroom. Brady came out that evening after another job he was already on, quickly assessed the situation and corrected it (saving me SEVERAL hundred for the job I called in and requested thinking I knew the problem). He also took the time to answer my stupid homeowner questions and checked (and even corrected, without judgment) the work I had done on the faucet exchange that alerted me to the water leak. Everyone I have come in contact with has been extremely personable, helpful, and they provide a QUALITY service for the best rates I've seen in the metro. Also, they PROUDLY offer a great discount and to a wider range than almost ANY business.. here is the actual discount quote from my invoice..
"We proudly offer a 10% discount to all active or retired military members, teachers, first
responders, and healthcare workers as a thank-you for your service. Discount applies to service only. Equipment installations not included."
I think the only way I could get better care would be if I owned the company... Or at this point with an older home, they had a punch card rewards program 🤦♂️🤣
Call Owens as fast as you can. They came HIGHLY recommended through a referral network & we’ve had others; it was time to give someone else a shot. The Owens team from Customer Service reps handling my call to techs and sales reps texting my cell; all were great to deal with while we were out of A/C in our downstairs system.
We had a weekend trip planned that would have had to be cancelled if not for the speed of Owens getting parts from Dallas and then making further communication solutions later in the install.
After buying two A/C systems this year, we’ve seen quite the variation in pricing/Quality/Product & Customer Service. It was easy to trust leaving the home unlocked to Owens and running errands; if they had wanted to rob me they missed their chance in the quote!!
