Mixed feelings because yes, they do good work, but they like to lie about needed repairs to up their ticket. I’m not talking about small fixes either, they said I needed a new water pump because it was leaking from the weep hole, totaling around $1,400. Told them no and took their diagnostic/quote to triple A on Main Street (highly recommend and you don’t have to have their insurance to go there). They ran a compression test and called me to say there was no leak whatsoever and no need for a new water pump. I’d give yall a 5 star for the work done but lying to your paying customers is wild, that’s definitely not how you build customer loyalty. Do better👎🏼

These guys will take care of you. I had weird sound coming from my front wheel after tire rotation from Discount Tires. Went back to Discount Tires, they were not sure what the problem was. They recommended me to take my car to Brookhaven Auto and have them take a look. It took no more than 30 mins for Brookhaven to figure out the issue. They called Discount tire for me to explain the issue so they could fix it. They did all this for me for FREE. I will go back to them for future issues.

Went here based off of Discount Tires recommendation because they broke off multiple lug nuts during a tire change. Ended up having all 6 lugs replaced on the damaged hub, then two more broke off the same hub within 2-3 weeks of them repairing them and now they are refusing to fix/re-fix it… even for the time being just to get us back on the road so we can take it elsewhere. Not only very unprofessional but extremely inconsiderate, considering they were the ones who fixed it. The customer service was by far the worse we’ve received. At the least, Discount Tire was trying to help where they could. We will not be using them again since they can’t stand by the work they did only two weeks ago. Side note and transparency, they did mentioned that eventually this could happen again. However, we didn’t expect it to be within 15 days, and if that was the case, we wouldn’t have paid $400 to fix it. And if they would have felt it wasn’t going to last more than a month they should have been honest and sent us elsewhere. Honestly it lacked integrity and customer care/concern.
