I called them at 8:15 AM when I realized that there was a problem with my garage door. Bob showed up by 9:00 AM. He immediately recognize the problem and was able to explain it to me in a way that I can understand. He gave me a good estimate, with a few options, and then once I authorize it, he set to work. He said it would take an hour and it took an hour. Garage door runs even better than before, even quieter. I will definitely call Overhead Door Repairman again. But I have a feeling I won't have to for a while.
