We have been with Automated Garage Doors for well over 30yrs. Dave has always treated us great, and does professional work. Dave will go out of his way to make sure that the customer is satisfied and happy before he leaves. If an issue arises, Tammy, Dave’s wife, will do her best to get Dave out that same day. We highly recommend Automated Garage Doors to anyone that needs a new garage door, repairs, or emergency service, without ripping off the customer!
I definitely recommend Automated Garage Door Systems. David installed a new system for us--replacing a dinosaur system. He was able to get everything done in less than a day, and he carried away the old door and system as well! He offered a fair price and quick service. If you need a door installed, replaced, or repaired, I highly recommend this company!
David was able to interrupt his schedule to help us get to work and THEN provided excellent, courteous service leaving the garage cleaner and less noisy than when he started. He clearly explained what was needed, what options were available and offered advise. Definitely will call him again if needed and I highly recommend Automated Garage Door Systems. Should have been my first call. Knuckleheads on Rivercrest were a no-show.
I have dealt with Dave from Automated Garage Door Systems for 17 years. I had him install a new garage door and opener in 2001. When I had a problem with it 9 months later, he came out right away and fixed it under warranty. After 9 years he installed new torsion bar springs and just last week (March 2018), I had him install a new Genie opener along with new springs. Dave and Tamara have always been courteous, prompt, and efficient. I would recommend this company without any reservations.
