I could not be more impressed and happy with my new Garage Door for this flip I am doing. Ralph was wonderful in keeping me informed, Fabian did all the installation, And after my contractor did some work, Darren came out and retightened And realign everything, put in the trim and the Keypad. I highly recommend them.

On trac did a very good job installing my new doors and openers . Scott Olson came and helped us order the doors and openers. Fabian Garcia installed the doors and openers they are LiftMaster 6690L I would recommend these openers. He did a great job installing the doors and openers . Couldn’t ask for a better job, Fabian did OnTac well.

I haven’t been satisfied with Installers or customer service for quite some time. Darren, our installer was on time, neat, and showed pride in his craft. He did an amazing job installing and explaining the operation of my new garage door and opener. Ontrac is a fantastic company. Maybe Darren should be the supervising installer/tech. for all the new guys. He can show them how it’s done. Thank you.
