The Tuesday before Thanksgiving there was a bad mishap with my garage door. Called SD Overhead Doors and they got someone out the next day just as a snow storm was supposed to hit. Got the door working which was open and wouldn't close. BEST SERVICE EVER! Would give 10 stars if I could.
I needed a simple repair for my very old garage door and I had a wonderful experience all around. The office staff was kind and helpful right away and everyone worked with my busy schedule to get things taken care of quickly. The technician (s) who came were also kind and helpful. And they got the job done quickly as well. Top to bottom, a great experience. If you're like me, and I know I am, you'll even pay a little more for good, kind service. And guess what? I didn't have to pay more. I was taken care of for a very modest pricepoint. Excellent.
We contacted South Dakota Overhead Doors for a garage door repair on our home’s 15yo door. The office staff was courteous and kindly helped troubleshoot one problem via texted photos. John attended the service call and was timely, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to fix the problem with the pulley system and get the door running like new. We highly recommend this business and look forward to working with them on some future projects.
