Called yesterday and scheduled appointment for next day, employee came early, had the repairs done quickly and did a fantastic job. Complete job price was very reasonable. Provided great customer service. I highly recommend this company.

I have always gotten excellent service from this company for the few times I’ve had to call them. Just yesterday I had an entire new system installed as after 21 years the original had started to slow down. The new system works smoothly and flawlessly and even has WiFi capability so I can download an app to my phone and use it to open and close it with. But two new remotes also came with it. No matter which technician comes, Scottie or Chris, they both provide excellent service.

I had a torsion spring replaced, l was quoted 175 dollars. However, they replaced both springs and didn't ask me before they did it. I call the office and inquire about this because l didn't give permission. The receptions said she was going check and see why both were replaced but she never did call back. It is so hard finding an honesty company. You should not have pay for services you didn't ask for.
