Had an extension spring snap on one of my garage doors, and Golden was able to come out and convert it to a torsion spring system in an afternoon. Very efficient and knowledgeable, great service. Any questions I had were explained and he made recommendations on what he felt was best, but was never pushy, and ultimately left the final decision up to me. Will be using Golden again in the future!

We had a garage door torsion spring break on July 3rd, not only making a dangerous situation but also trapping a car in the garage. We called both Golden and another company. Golden came out and safely removed the spring. The other company said it couldn’t even be removed without tearing the entire door down and replacing it, which of course couldn’t be done immediately. Golden got the door open so we could get the car out and closed as well as safely removed the springs. They then sold us new doors - at my request - that were far superior in terms of insulating our garage. I have recommended them to everyone o know and will continue to recommend them. They do the job right.

Chad was quick, professional, and did a great job repairing our garage door. He’s a local guy who is honest and works hard. I recommend skipping those big franchise companies that will rip you off. Give Golden a call if you want the best service at a fair price!
