Ortiz Construction and Landscaping

This man is not honest his workers are great, but he did not send anybody back to finish the job. Left it without being finished. I would not recommend him to anyone his workers I would recommend and wished I could get a hold of them. They were very good. He is not trustworthy. My husband and I tried several days to get a hold of this man. He would not answer his phone. The messages was full. He would not answer his text. My husband went over there and talked to him and he told him he was a man of his word well guess what people he is not. Would not recommend him to anyone specially if you want your job finished.

We have used Ortiz Construction for many years now. We recently had a water leak in the kitchen that completely ruined the hard wood from 1952 when the house was originally built. We got our estimate and they started work 2 days later. I was nervous with it being so close to Christmas as I was afraid of running into other issues, you know how it goes with older homes. Omar and his team got in and knocked this job out just like he said with in three days, start to finish!! There was one spot on the floor that was ok however, I wasn’t completely thrilled about, but after expressing my concern, He promptly fixed it with no hesitation at all. We’ll definitely be using Ortiz Construction in the future for other known upcoming renovations (gotta continue to run this flooring throughout the rest the house) and also for all other unexpected upcoming renos. Omar went above and beyond to try to accommodate our expectations. His crew demolished our aging 94-ft. driveway (which lined up against one side of our older home) and its apron. Then they poured a 4-in. thick driveway whose angle guides water away from the house’s foundation. (We are looking forward to no more water in the basement!) They were very professional in providing a quality product and did a great job of cleaning up too. We highly recommend their services!
