McCall Commercial Fencing

Contacted McCall Fencing to put up a split-rail along one property line in our back yard. Eric came out and took some measurements. He spent some time with my wife and me and answered all our questions. He told us they were five weeks out on scheduling. Turned out to be about three weeks. Dale and Austin came out to do the work. Dale made sure each post was plumb in both directions and also made sure the fence stayed back about six inches from the property line-something that was important to me. All in all, the fence looks great.

I phoned and asked if they carried 4x4 metal solid plain black fence posts caps I had to repeat myself 4 times to the lady said she could hear me then she says no we dont carry anything for a deck I repeated NO FENCE post then she said i just dont know what you’re talking about. I repeated she said have to send a pic. Do you carry any Fence posts caps I have a ol fashioned farm slat fence she then said no we dont carry anything for decking to the owners No thanks took my uncomplicated business some place else. Get someone better to answer your phones to get people to come in. Not everyone wants added drama and unprofessional wording
