I am a senior adult, but I try to stay current with new technology. Unfortunately, try as I may, I cannot keep up. 2 years ago I found Jean, at Optimized IT Solutions. He IMMEDIATELY responded to my call for help. He came to my home, and rescued me with his knowledge and ability. Since then, on numerous occasions, he has continued to help me. Here is my evaluation: 1. He responds immediately when the need arises. 2. I have found him courteous and attentive to my needs and requests. 3. His prices are more than fair, and he goes the ‘extra mile’ in customer satisfaction. And finally, I trust him, he has earned this trust from me, and I do not give my trust foolishly. His company is truly an asset to our community. I recommend his services unreservedly!
