I am a senior adult, but I try to stay current with new technology. Unfortunately, try as I may, I cannot keep up. 2 years ago I found Jean, at Optimized IT Solutions. He IMMEDIATELY responded to my call for help. He came to my home, and rescued me with his knowledge and ability. Since then, on numerous occasions, he has continued to help me. Here is my evaluation: 1. He responds immediately when the need arises. 2. I have found him courteous and attentive to my needs and requests. 3. His prices are more than fair, and he goes the ‘extra mile’ in customer satisfaction. And finally, I trust him, he has earned this trust from me, an... Jean and his team are absolutely fantastic. Super knowledgeable, extremely fair, and his convenience level is amazing. Fixed my laptop multiple times as well as my brothers printer! Jean is very knowledgeable in all things electeonics for business, personal, gaming, security, you name it! Top notch 100% recommend!
