I had someone else other than Next Level do some work for me. I called Next Level to come and sync our remote 4. Bryan found all kinds of mistakes and found the reason why our new receiver was turning off. I am very satisfied with the work he provided. Randy, we won't go anywhere else.
Next Level installed a rather expensive security system, complete with cameras. Every shadow and leaf blowing in the wind sounded the alarm. I got false alarms emailed to me daily. I started ignoring them! After three years of trying to fix this subpar system (often billing me) I am leaving. Ring, here we come!
Randy with Next Level was great to work with. He helped me get exactly the parts I needed and even suggested adding solar panels so I wouldn’t have to recharge batteries. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.
