David, Savannah and their team saved the day! Not only did they rescue my data from my brick, but they built me a new, super-slick rig for exactly what I needed, without upselling me on un-necessary upgrades. They listened carefully, made suggestions based on what I wanted, and were fast and efficient on getting my new computer built.
Dave and his team are great, knowledgeable, honest, and fixed all of my problems. They saved my data, transferred to a new computer, and even repaired my existing device. All around great experience in what would otherwise be a very stressful experience. Will definitely return with any and all electrical issues/repairs.
You all have no idea the headache this man saved me. I am an enthusiast who brought in a 5000 dollar somewhat complex mini itx build that I custom built myself that had 3d printed parts etc. Because of the complexity of the build he allowed me in the service area with him so I could show him the nuances of the case so he could have an easier time getting the graphics card out and troubleshoot all the components. He was very careful and nice and got to the root of the issue quite fast. Very luckily it was not a major problem and was actually a silly mistake I made likely while being very tired. I would highly recommend this company. For those curious if they so happen to bring him something similar, the build was a Formd T1 9800x3d RTX 5090 FE Asus 870i Motherboard, 32GB 30cl 6000 RAM, 10 TB of storage, corsair sf1000 PSU, and thermalright X53 cpu cooler.
Very cool little place. The owner is a big help. He didn’t charge me for looking at my Mac that couldn’t get fixed but I gave him ten bucks for his time anyways. Highly recommend getting your gaming computers from here.
