I’m gonna start off with, I would leave 0 stars if possible. I had a terrible experience at Onyx. The lady (who I presumed was the owner?) I interacted with was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I was looking for tile for my new development and was met with impatience and a condescending attitude. I’m disappointed to see a business that does not value a new client. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone. There are plenty of other stores around that can assist. Save your money, time, and sanity.

Walking into Onyx feels like heaven. Not only do the beautiful samples lining the walls envelope you, the staff is warm and friendly as well. I use Mara for all my tiling projects. She is helpful, efficient, and has an imagination beyond current trends. She is FANTASTIC with colors. I have never been disappointed by the samples she pulls for my projects and look forward to her refreshing creativity every time we meet. There is a nice variety of tiles in all price points, and Mara is great about helping you stay in your budget. Book an appointment with Mara!

We went to Onyx studio with a loose idea of what we wanted for our bathroom remodel and Mara helped us bring our vision into focus and order everything we needed for a tiled shower and floor. I can’t say enough good things about the selection and customer service we received at Onyx! Mara is so creative and really went above and beyond, helping us with measurements, design ideas, and even installation tips. She was quick to respond to all of our questions and eager to rework the numbers as our plans changed. She even suggested alternate trim pieces to help us stay within our budget and still have a beautiful bathroom. I highly recommend Onyx to anyone looking for high quality, interesting tile and great service. We will happily go back to Mara for all of our future projects!
