Bozeman Clock Repair

I live in a remote area and had scheduled a clock repair well in advance. We settled on a date for repair and Mike said to me via text, “I will update you with a time as it gets closer.” He did not give me any updates and instead showed up at 8:15am without notice. That time happens to be when I am the busiest at work and I do not have my phone with me. I let Mike know that I was working that day but live a mile away and can be there at any given time. If he simply would have called or text when he left his house, I would’ve received notification and been home. Needless to say I was charged $240 for him to drive out and sit for an hour and not do any work. He was unapologetic and did not take ownership for his lack of communication. I caution any one who uses his services and recommend you be extremely explicit with scheduling and details. As for clock repairs, I cannot speak to that skill as he did no repairs for me.

I was given a positive recommendation of Bozeman Clock Repair by an acquaintance, and sent my clock there to be repaired. Mike called me after inspecting the clock and gave me a thorough explanation of what repairs were needed and why, as well as a repair cost estimate and an estimated completion date. Our repaired clock arrived by the estimated completion date and we are extremely happy to have it working again. Mike was very professional to deal with, I would definitely do business with him again.
