I’ve worked with Erica on several projects and she has been great to work with. She made the selection process for flooring and appliances straightforward and helped narrow down options that fit the job and budget. Good communication, easy to get ahold of, and stayed on top of things from start to finish. Makes my job easier on the builder side. I’ll definitely be working with Erica again.
My design consultant was Xavier Sulser. I came to Monteriors after discovering 2 feet of water on my cement floor in my basement. My shower had started leaking from a poor quality installation & needed an immediate repair. I was looking at your selection of tile & soon after that Xavier came over & introduced himself asking how he could be of help. He greeted me with a smile. I found him to be professional & friendly. These 2 things determine if I will do business with a company. As I explained my problem he listened to what I had to say. He advised & guided me on the best selections of tile to use for our hard water. The more I talked with him I knew he was the right person to help me with finding my tile. He was very knowledgeable about the business. Soon after my renovation began mold was discovered & had to be remediated before I could continue. Everything came to a grinding halt. He provided me with phone numbers of someone to work with in cleaning everything up. Through that process Xavier called from time to time to find out how things were going. He asked if there was anything he could do to help. Very nice man and an asset to your business. He sent me Sam...the best in the business as far as I'm concerned to install my tile! I found him to be professional & friendly as well. Well...my renovation is finally complete. Sam's installation showed you just what a professional job is! I'm so thankful to have met such nice people & I thank them for their help in returning my bathroom to something beautiful. I wasn't just a check paying for something...I was his client. Allan sold me two appliances for a new kitchen. He really stands out as a most excellent salesman who takes time to listen, research, and follow through on what he has promised.
