Careful doing business with these guys, provided a color sample (golden oak)on a hickory floor, I got dark brown went back to them and their end response was that I was going to have to learn to live with it, also hired an installer recommended by them, which by the picture you can see how well that went. They also charge 100% up front including install(if you choose to go through them for install) so you have no recourse if things go south. If the manufacturer couldn’t color match the samples they should have been transparent about it and said they couldn’t match the color or supply samples for approval, the sales team should have been all over this, they choose to do neither, instead they shipped something that isn’t even close. Now I’m out $13,000. Colin said they would SELL me a different wood floor for a percent over cost and why would I do that again? So it’s been 3 months now, why do you suppose the owner didn’t respond to this review, because the company doesn’t stand behind their customers, so much for a customer for life.
From the sales team to the installation crew, my experience with Pierce was exceptional!!! Will absolutely be working with them for all my clients flooring needs in the future!
Used Pierce for 3 projects: Bedroom carpeting, binding remnant and attempt to purchase rug. Pierce performance, and service were very good. Issue was with manufacturer's delivery times. We wanted work done quickly as we were moving into a new house. Only after orders were placed did we learn the manufacturer's delivery dates were much further out than we were originally told. We would have shopped these projects around if we'd known about these delays.
