I was a bit nervous about the cost of the diagnosis on my computer, but it was definitely worth it and saved me $700+. I went to uBreakiFix because my MacBook Air was completely unresponsive. They told me that it's water damaged and it will cost less to buy a new laptop. Then I brought it to Re-Compute: they took it apart, figured out the problem, and replaced the damaged portion all for $200. I also felt like they had great communication in terms of the cost, replacement equipment, and timeframe. highly recommend

Honestly thought this place looked a little seedy from the outside, but when I had streak of bad luck with my laptop, I took it in to Re-Compute and they were able to quickly diagnose and repair my PC and get me back to work in only two business days. Only a few weeks after my first visit to Re-Compute, I dropped my laptop. I had something rattling around on the inside, interfering with the fan, making a terrible noise. I brought it back in, and they immediately took my computer apart, determined what broke, removed it, and got it put back together. I was in and out in less than an hour. These guys got me back to work extremely fast, minimizing the massive disruption that computer problems pose. Don't let the look fool you, this place is legit!

Kenny and Brian were so patient and great at explaining and understanding my questions and concerns. It’s great to know this resource is available in our community. As I get older, much of this new technology can be a bit overwhelming. They are efficient and thorough in their evaluation of situations.

We've been using Dave & his staff for a number of years. I can't say enough about the knowledge, professionalism & customer care we've received over the years.
