Great customer service. I only needed a small quantity for a repair and tried calling a few other places before I found these guys. No one else wanted to deal with a small order and Aaron at wholesale woodfloor warehouse was awesome. Even with a small order provided exceptional service! Call them first for your flooring needs.
We’ve been loyal, repeat customers at Wholesale Woodfloor Warehouse, spending tens of thousands of dollars on their products. However, their recent customer service experience has been extremely disappointing. We needed just one additional stair nose to complete our project. We were given two options: pay a $50 drop fee to get it in a week or wait 1-2 weeks without the fee. We opted to wait, based on their assurance it would arrive within that timeframe. Now, over two weeks later, there’s still no stair nose and no clear answer on when it might arrive. They now state they said “maybe” 1-2 weeks, meaning ‘maybe’ 3 weeks… ‘maybe’ 10 weeks… ‘ma... Who know when shipments will arrive - Definitely not the employees at Wholesale Woodfloor Warehouse. Adding to the frustration, we were only informed after the fact that they don’t prioritize small orders like ours for pickup. While we understand the policy, this critical detail was never communicated upfront. Had we known, we would have simply paid the $50 drop fee rather than dealing with missed timelines and empty promises. When we followed up, managers Sam and Mario were dismissive, unwilling to waive the fee or show any understanding despite our loyalty and significant past purchases. Their attitude made it clear that Wholesale Woodfloor Warehouse doesn’t value customer loyalty or respect clients’ needs once they have the bulk of the payment. We’re deeply disappointed and will be taking our business elsewhere. For anyone considering Wholesale Woodfloor Warehouse, beware of unreliable timelines, lack of transparency, and poor customer service once your main payment is complete. If you’re looking for reliable service and customer care, consider other options.
Customer service is TERRIBLE. Ordered wood flooring from this company and they gave me the wrong color molding. Their mistake. I trusted them to give me the right product and handed the wood to my contractors to install. After installation, it was quite obvious they gave me the wrong molding. However, they refuse to refund me and told me I had to drive the molding down to return it (i.e. wholly inconvenience me for their mistake). No thank you. I'd rather just dispute the charge through my credit card company since this is YOUR MISTAKE. As I told Addie (the decently nice girl who helped me) and the aggressively rude man, there are two... Beautiful flooring, had been installed more than a year and looks better every day. Great service too. Very helpful and good recommendations.
