Excellent experience with these guys. They picked up the phone right away, came by for a quote the same day, and completed the work the following day. They installed a section of ducting that was missing in less than an hour. Pricing was reasonable, and they were really nice guys. Would hire again.

My furnace stopped working on Friday, mid-January 2024: the main blower came on but that was it. I checked NextDoor and saw good reviews for Sanchez Mechanical. I called and explained the situation. Sid Sanchez said he'd be over later that day. He came and got right to work. He diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes with no poking around and no web browsing for information. The man's a true expert. I decided to replace the 28 year-old furnace and A/C. Sid went back to his office and returned with two portable electric heaters to tide us through the very cold night (no charge). He returned the next day at 0800, removed the old furnace and A/C, and installed a new, Trane, 850,000 BTU, 2-stage furnace and new thermostat (the A/C installation will be later). He was completely done by 11. The furnace has a 15 year warranty. The total cost for the furnace, A/C, and labor was $16,500. The man's an expert.

Simply put, I cannot be more pleased with the service provided by Sid. I have been in the construction industry for 20 years and appreciate a honest, hardworking and more importantly professional business owner. Our issue was with a rental property and Sid put all of those traits on display when dealing with the tenant. If your are looking for a HVAC company to help you with your residence stop looking, this is your company. Customer for life! Keep it up Sid!
